Polymer PV backsheet technology agreement
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE, USA, August 29, 2008. DuPont Photovoltaic Fluoromaterials (PVFM) has signed a Technology Licensing Agreement with Toppan Inc. Priting Co. Ltd in Tokyo, Japan to commercialise backsheet for photovoltaic (PV) modules using DuPont's technology.

Flexible nanoantenna arrays capture solar energy

Denmark continues its renewable tradition

Denmark has been a strong supporter of renewables since the early days, seen as the initial trailblazer of the windpower industry and always willing to look at alternative sources of energy. But as the country embraces its role as host of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP15) in 2009 – and bids to host the 22nd World Energy Congress in 2013 – Denmark as a whole, and especially Copenhagen, is more than keen to showcase its renewables industry.
